No. We design automations to be operated by the end user without any technical knowledge. The handover includes a plain-English guide to how each automation works and what to do in common scenarios.

We can connect to most business tools — if it has an API (most modern SaaS tools do), we can work with it. Send us your current tool list in the discovery call and we'll confirm compatibility.

Tool updates can occasionally affect automation flows. Our maintenance retainer covers monitoring and fixing any breaks as they occur. Without a retainer, we offer 14 or 30 days post-launch support depending on the tier.
